Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 3, 2026. This policy describes what LeakBar and leakbar.com collect, what they do not collect, and how purchase records are used.
The Application: Local-First
LeakBar is a local-first macOS utility. Monitoring, scoring, exports, and support bundles stay on your Mac. Licensed product access validates against leakbar.com when needed, but no telemetry, crash reports, or analytics leave your machine.
What LeakBar observes
LeakBar reads the following data from your system, using only same-user process access (no root, no kernel extension):

- Process IDs (PIDs)
- Memory footprint over time
- Memory growth rates and patterns
All of this data is stored locally at:
~/Library/Application Support/LeakBar/
You can inspect, export, or delete this data at any time.
What LeakBar does NOT collect
- Source code or file contents
- Inspection of network traffic or DNS queries
- Keystrokes, clipboard, or screen contents
- Any data from processes owned by other users

Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe. MLNavigator Inc. does not store your payment card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Your email address, provided at checkout, is used only to deliver your license key. It is stored in a private record associated with your license and is used to fulfill license recovery requests if you contact support.
The purchase and recovery flow is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and stores license records in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. When automated delivery is configured, license fulfillment is sent through Resend. If delivery needs intervention, support can recover the license record by purchaser email.
