Terms of Service
Effective date: April 3, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of LeakBar, a macOS application published by MLNavigator Inc.
By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using LeakBar, you agree to these terms.
1. Trial
LeakBar includes a 14-day local trial in the app. The trial is intended to let you evaluate the product on your Mac before purchase. Trial use does not require a paid license key.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, MLNavigator Inc. grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LeakBar on the number of seats covered by your purchase:
- Personal License ($5.99) — 1 seat.
- Team License ($14.99) — 3 seats.
Your license key is in the format LB-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Keep it safe. Each license key corresponds to exactly one purchase record.
3. Updates
LeakBar is sold as a perpetual software license. Purchased copies may continue using the version obtained at purchase indefinitely. MLNavigator Inc. may publish new releases, release notes, and updater artifacts through the website and packaged app, but these terms do not create a recurring subscription or hosted service obligation.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense LeakBar.
- Share your license key beyond the licensed seat count.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application except as permitted by applicable law.
5. Refund Policy
LeakBar is a digital good issued after purchase. Because LeakBar includes a 14-day local trial before purchase and the license record is created immediately upon payment, all sales are final after issuance.
If you experienced a technical problem during checkout or the fulfillment email did not arrive, contact support@leakbar.com within 7 days.
6. System Requirements
LeakBar requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. Apple Silicon is the primary supported architecture.
7. No Warranty
LeakBar is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MLNavigator Inc. does not warrant that LeakBar will be error-free or that operation will be uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MLNavigator Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of LeakBar, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MLNavigator Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
